An established property restoration company in Northern Virginia is hiring a Contents Restoration Project Manager to lead contents projects from initial inspection through final pack-in and invoicing.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining contents estimating, project management, field inspections, crew scheduling, warehouse operations, and insurance carrier communication.
The ideal candidate has property restoration experience and can write estimates in Xactimate. Direct fire and contents restoration experience is strongly preferred, but experienced mitigation, emergency services, or restoration professionals may also be considered.
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM with rotating on-call responsibilities.
This is a hybrid field role involving job sites, warehouse operations, office work, and remote administrative coordination. Candidates must be willing and able to perform field inspections and work in properties affected by water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of an essential restoration division while receiving the tools, vehicle, training, and leadership support needed to succeed. This role is well suited for a restoration professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, working with customers and adjusters, and managing projects from intake through invoice.
