Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Work Experience

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary program/project management lead
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Own readiness scheduling and detailed workbacks
• Drive change management practices
• Drive cross-team collaboration and orchestration across stakeholders
• Consolidate feedback, questions, and change requests
• Create and/or coordinate production of program communications and content deliverables
• Run planning and execution rhythms (standups/check-ins)
• Maintain program documentation with high attention to detail
• Continuously look for, recommend, and adopt automation solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of project/program management experience
• Previous Microsoft experience is required (vendor preferred)
• Familiarity with foundational change management practices
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong client-facing presence with senior polish
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team collaboration
• Ownership mentality and initiative
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work US Pacific hours (Central/Eastern considered)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
