How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead daily clinical operations and resource allocation for the nursing area, ensuring the team has what they need to deliver seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Shape departmental goals that align with modern healthcare regulations and ethical standards, driving continuous improvement and elevating clinical excellence.
• Oversee patient care journeys from initial assessment through care plan development, proactively managing patient feedback to guarantee an exceptional care experience.
• Champion team growth and staffing by driving the hiring, orientation, evaluation, and continuing education initiatives that empower nurses to thrive in their careers.
• Manage the financial health of the department by preparing budgets and guiding the team through internal and external audits to ensure sustainable, compliant operations.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
