POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Site Lead at Hartford Elementary School to help create a fun, structured, and enriching experience for students. This individual will work alongside the Site Coordinator and other Site Leads, providing leadership and support. Additionally, the Site Lead will assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all children.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively manage student behaviors using positive reinforcement and classroom management strategies. Help implement the daily schedule, ensuring all activities run on time and transitions are smooth. Ensure the safety and supervision of all children at all times. Encourage participation and foster a positive, inclusive environment where all students feel valued. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and guardians as needed. Assist with program logistics, including setup, cleanup, and organization of materials. Model professionalism and enthusiasm, setting a positive example for students and staff.
LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience working with children in an educational, camp, or childcare setting for at least 1 year.
Classroom management and behavior management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills
. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Starting at $14.50 for qualified candidates
