Position Overview:
As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our clients via email. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our company. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to clients regarding our services, properties, and policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients through email
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with clients
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products, services, and processes
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records of all email correspondence
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and make suggestions for process improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better assist clients and provide relevant information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in email management and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
