We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with two or more years of experience to play a pivotal role within a well-established law firm. About the Role This position provides administrative and legal support to attorneys across all practice groups, including Litigation, Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Corporate, and Transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in Litigation and Trusts & Estates, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys client interaction and takes initiative to anticipate the needs of attorneys, staff, and clients. Responsibilities Work with attorneys to prepare and finalize legal documents for client execution Maintain and organize case files and client records in accordance with firm standards Serve as one of the firm’s Notaries Assist with court filings and help manage the firm’s litigation docket Familiar with the court filing systems ex. Odyssey, PACER, and other nearby counties Transcribe dictations and other materials as needed Assist with maintaining and organizing the firm’s physical and electronic file vaults Process monthly client billing statements Answer incoming calls and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining daily office inventory Provide general administrative and operational support to the firm as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience providing legal administrative support in a law firm setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional, proactive, and client-service-oriented demeanor.
