Host / Reservationist – Elder
Elder is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Hosts / Reservationists to join our opening Front of House team.
Elder is a British Indian chophouse concept from Chef Sujan Sarkar, blending bold Indian flavors with the warmth, sophistication, and timeless hospitality of a classic chophouse. We are building a team of professionals passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting opening and help establish the service culture, standards, and guest experience from day one.
The Host / Reservationist role at Elder is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions for every guest. This role manages reservations, coordinates seating flow, communicates effectively with guests and service teams, and ensures a seamless arrival and departure experience.
We are looking for professionals who are warm, organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
This is an exciting opportunity for growth within a dynamic and expanding hospitality group.
Essential DutiesThis role requires standing and moving for extended periods of time, frequent communication with guests and team members, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
