Alto Overland Park is a large established community where your leadership will have real visibility and real impact with a MondayFriday schedule that gives you stability and work-life Resident Care Director (RCD) is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day activities in Assisted Living (AL) including resident services associate management general administration and physical maintenance. Provision of excellent resident services in accordance with all applicable law and regulations to achieve a deficiency-free survey is essential. The RCD must maintain excellent service high occupancy and high resident and associate satisfaction in alignment with the goal of the of ResponsibilityCreate an individualized service plan for each resident in AL with input from Resident Assistants updating per policy and as needed. Ensure the team maintains current knowledge of residents activities of daily living (ADL) needs and the ongoing needs of residents to maintain the highest level of appropriate staffing levels through effective scheduling and maintain department staffing schedules utilizing the electronic payroll system. Work closely and maintain daily communications with the Assistant Resident Care Director and/or Program Director for Memory Care in administering and managing the Department thereby ensuring continuity of care and services for the with families residents and appropriate health care providers regarding areas of concern and collaborate to find duties as assigned see full job be a minimum of 18 years of age. Minimum two (2) years experience in Long Term Care AL or other equivalent geriatric care with AL training with demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of the least one (1) year supervisory nursing have a positive Criminal Background Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy. Licensed RN or LPN in good standing with the state licensing agency as required by state experience with computerized resident documentation systems a plus.
