Job description
  • Cook burgers, chicken, fries, sandwiches, and other American comfort foods
  • Prepare food to order while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
  • Prep fresh ingredients and stock your station for service
  • Operate grills, fryers, and other commercial kitchen equipment safely
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Monitor food quality and temperatures throughout service
  • Follow all HACCP and food safety standards
  • Work as part of a team to create an outstanding dining experience

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Some weekends, evenings, or catering events with advanced notice.

Pay Type:

$20.00 - $22.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full Time

What you'll do:

  • Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need:

  • Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
  • Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
