Marketing Manager, Modern Day Marine

We areseekinga highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns for Modern Day Marine and Digital Dealerevents. This role drives attendee acquisition exhibitor engagement and year-round audience growth through data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with sales content operations association partners and agencies this individual will build campaigns that deliver measurable business results while embracing AI and modern marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support attendee acquisition exhibitorretentionand revenue goals.
• Build annual marketing plans that balance event launches with year-round audience engagement.
• Create messaging and campaigns across email web paid media social partnershipsPRand content marketing.
• Manage campaign calendars and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns andoptimizethrough segmentation A/Btestingand conversion optimization.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to maximize HubSpotSEOand marketing automation capabilities.
• Manageagencyand partners to deliverpaid search paid social and digital advertising initiatives.
• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen relationships with attendeesexhibitorsand industry partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Show ManagementMarketing OperationsRegistrationOperationsand external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot Google Analytics PowerBIand other reporting tools.
• Present campaign results and recommendations toMarketing leadership while championing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in events mediaassociationsor demand generation.
• Experience with integrated marketing campaigns marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) paidmediaand analytics.
• Strong project managementcommunicationand cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics Power BISEOand AI marketing tools preferred.
