Compensation Range: $81,473.00 - $119,646.00 Purpose of Job Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by leading the development and optimization of centralized operational processes, including staff scheduling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization using verbal, written, and active listening skills. Provide leadership to assigned staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development; clearly articulate expectations, goals, and feedback. Manage Staffing Coordinators, Float/Locum clinical employees, and OSS functionality, providing support to clinic administrators. Model and ensure patient-centered care is delivered by all team members. Collaborate with Clinic Administrators, Directors of Operations, and VP of Operations to ensure adequate staffing, patient access, and operations of CHAS Health clinics. Ensure operational efficiency for staffing coordination, float, and locum teams through process improvements, resource management, and workflow management. Maintain a safe and respectful environment and support organizational goals related to patient and employee satisfaction. Complete regular float and locum staffing analysis for all CHAS Health clinics to ensure quality customer service and consistent patient access. Manage team budget to ensure financial viability. Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience; prior experience in a community health setting preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, preferred. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency. Excellent organization and follow-up skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work under tight time constraints and handle high pressure and changing priorities. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment. Physical Demands Must talk, hear, and sit more than two-thirds of the day; use hands over two-thirds of the day; reach with arms less than one-third of the day; communicate over two-thirds of the day. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
