Paid Parental Leave after six months\. **Position Summary:** This role is responsible for a variety of clerical duties such as data entry, supporting cost changes, new item setup, and any other ad hoc projects assigned\. **Here’s what you’ll do:** + Enter information from source documents into system\(s\) as required in a timely and accurate manner\. Maintain, update and correct data in system\(s\) and resolve routine issues as necessary\. + Perform basic data inquiries and searches within systems and generate records and reports as required\. + Review and organize records for accuracy and completeness\. + Assemble, distribute and maintain department files and records accordingly\. Respond to file requests as necessary\. + Follow department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner\. + Participate in ad hoc project work as assigned\. + Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed\. **Here’s what you’ll need:** + High School Diploma \(Required\) or GED\. + Two years general office/administrative/customer service experience required\. + Strong written and verbal communication skills\. + Strong data entry, organizational and attention to detail skills\. + Must be able to read documents for data entry, and must be able to file records alphabetically, numerically and chronologically\. + Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information\. + Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office \(i\.e\., Word, Excel\)\. **Physical Requirements:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job\.
