The Lead Host is in charge of warmly greeting and bidding farewell to all guests from the host stand, controlling a wait list and maximizing seating of guests in the restaurant, patio and rooftop. The Lead Host is in control of the host team and delegates overall host responsibilities to the team. The host team also assists with placing carry out and delivery orders. They are the first and last point of contact for the guest experience in the restaurant and are responsible for creating an inviting and comfortable environment for our guests.
