Job description
  • Prepare fresh pizzas, pasta dishes, sauces, and Italian specialties
  • Cook and serve made-to-order and batch menu items
  • Prep fresh ingredients and maintain an organized workstation
  • Ensure every dish is presented with quality and consistency
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines
  • Restock ingredients and monitor inventory throughout service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
  • Follow all HACCP and food safety procedures
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to provide excellent service

Schedule:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Some weekends, evenings, or catering events with advanced notice.

Pay Type:

$19.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Time Commitment:

Full Time

What you'll do:

  • Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests’ expectations.
  • Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
  • Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
  • Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need:

  • Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
  • Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.
