• Design develop deploy and support software across embedded desktop mobile and cloud platforms.
• Build scalable applications that transform complex energy system data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with hardware battery and software engineers to develop mission-critical applications.
• Design modular maintainable software architectures that support long-term product growth.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines testing strategies and deployment workflows.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality.
• Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle from requirements through deployment.

Details:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Full software development lifecycle experience.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following:
  • TypeScript
  • Rust
  • Python
  • Go
  • C
  • C
• Experience with database design and web service architecture.
• Understanding of secure coding software optimization and user interface best practices.
• Experience building reliable production-quality software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Curiosity and a broad interest in modern software technologies.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Distributed systems
• Machine learning
• Time-series analytics
• Systems architecture
• High-availability software
• AWS Azure Google Cloud or Cloudflare
• Embedded systems
• RTOS
• FPGA
• CAN bus
• Serial communications
• Security testing fuzzing or fault injection
• Government compliance environments including CMMC ITAR or FedRAMP
