Storekeeper I/II/III

Dominion Energy South Carolina has a Storekeeper I/II/III vacancy located in Gaston, South Carolina. There is one position available which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The employee will be responsible for issuing and receiving materials for the plant via the computer system. Position will manage inventory, issue and receive goods, purchase and acquire materials within prescribed limits, handle safety equipment. This position provides assistance to corporate accounting, supply chain management, material management and all other storerooms throughout the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Storekeeper I: 0 - 2 years of storeroom, warehouse, materials management or plant operations experience. Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft applications. SAP and Maximo experience is preferred. This position requires heavy lifting (minimum 50 lbs.) so candidate must be in good physical condition. The successful candidate will be mechanically and electrically inclined and have good communications and human relations skills. Prior forklift experience is preferred. Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment is desired. This position also requires the availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime and must respond to call outs in support of plant Operations and Maintenance.
• Storekeeper II: 2+ years of storeroom, warehouse, materials management or plant operations experience. Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft applications. SAP and Maximo experience is preferred. This position requires heavy lifting (minimum 50 lbs.) so candidate must be in good physical condition. The successful candidate will be mechanically and electrically inclined and have good communications and human relations skills. Prior forklift experience. • Storekeeper III: 5+ years of storeroom, warehouse, materials management or plant operations experience. Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft applications. Education Requirements:

• Required Degree: GED High School Graduate
• Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description Required: Forklift Certification
• Preferred: Hazmat Certification
• Other: Valid driver's license with ability to obtain a CDL with Hazmat classification.
