As a Regional Banker/Teller, you will engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, selling bank products, and developing referral opportunities. The position is based in Belton, TX and supports multiple branches in the Central TX Retail Market. Job Description Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Apply heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss and ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. No degree required; related product knowledge or certification is valued. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience with banking products and digital tools.
