Daisy Margarita Bar is a Norteño-Cantina style bar and restaurant with modern Mexican cuisine, created by Chef Alan Sanz. Alan is driving a new understanding of Mexican cuisine through the lens of a chef who was born and raised in Mexico City, traveled and studied all over the world to perfect his craft, and then came back to Mexico to learn more about his roots in Oaxaca to now establishing his cuisine here in LA for the last decade.
Max Reis, the Beverage Director, has created another gem in the LA bar scene and the program has already been recognized as one of North America's 50 Best Bars 2026, has received a James Beard Nomination for Best New Bar, and is on The LA Times 101 list all in the 1st year of business.
We’re looking for passionate and talented individual to lead the front of house team in service and hospitality. The ideal candidate would have experience in upscale casual dining with a background in Mexican cuisine, cocktail knowledge, agave spirits knowledge, and a high hospitality IQ.
