Dare to learn new skills advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What youll do - Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
- Support equipment installations changeovers adjustments calibrations and startup activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records work orders and equipment history within the CMMS system.
- Follow all safety policies including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
What makes you a good fit - Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics maintenance manuals and work instructions.
- Experience using CMMS software and maintaining detailed maintenance documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across production engineering and maintenance teams.
- Technical certification trade school training or 6-12 months of related maintenance experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

The hourly pay range for this role is $27.00 - $36.00. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal state and local addition to the hourly wage employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials premium pay bonuses or other forms of compensation depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidates skills experience training certifications and work location.
