We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the development and implementation of a Project Authorization Agreement (PAA) for a major transmission construction program. This role is open because of a need to revamp an existing agreement with accurate industry terminology. The individual will leverage transmission engineering and project delivery experience to guide stakeholder alignment, facilitate contractor engagement, assess project risks, and support the development of commercial requirements for successful project execution.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Experience: 12+ years of electric utility experience, with 8+ years managing transmission and/or substation capital projects. Demonstrated experience with transmission line projects (69kV500kV preferred) and working within utility project delivery organizations. Experience coordinating engineering, construction, project controls, and contractor stakeholders is necessary.
Skills: Must have transmission construction engineering experience and a strong project management skillset, including setting meetings, holding teams accountable, and removing bottlenecks. Knowledge of transmission line design, utility capital project delivery, construction contracting, project controls, and risk management is required.
