Job Description We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in a variety of surgical procedures and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This role necessitates the ability to work independently and precept other staff members as needed. Responsibilities Function as a CST in the operating room, providing surgical assistance in various specialties. Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures. Assist with the positioning of patients and the hand-off of instruments during surgeries. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety. Precept and guide less experienced surgical technologists. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification. Minimum of 5 years of current CST experience is required. Proficiency in General, Gyn, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho (including total joints), and Neuro surgeries is essential. Preference for candidates with experience in C-sections, ENT, Plastics, and DaVinci Robot procedures. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
