Supports Coordinator (Early Intervention Services)
Position SummaryUnder limited supervision of the Early Interventionist Supervisor, the Supports Coordinator (Service Coordinator/Family Trainer) provides ongoing service coordination for children (birth to age 6) with developmental delays or disabilities and their families. This role ensures families can access needed services, understand their rights, and receive coordinated, high-quality early intervention supports that promote child development and family capacity.
