Sixth Avenue Hospitality is a Los Angeles–based restaurant group known for creating modern dining experiences rooted in Korean culinary traditions. Since 2011, the group has developed and operated several successful restaurant concepts, combining authentic flavors with contemporary design and exceptional hospitality.
As our company continues to grow, including expansion into additional markets, we are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Cuisine specializing in Korean cuisine to lead our kitchen operations.
Position Overview
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen leadership of Quarters KBBQ restaurant. This role requires strong experience in Korean cuisine, the ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations, and the leadership skills to develop and mentor a strong kitchen team.
