At UrbanCore Construction, our Special Projects division is how we got started. From adaptive reuse and historic tax credit projects to boutique fitness centers, banks, universities, restaurants, and offices-our projects are diverse, fast-paced, and rewarding regardless if they are ground up or tenant improvements (TI).
We're seeking a Superintendent Tenant Improvement (TI) / Special Projects to lead the field execution of these projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule performance, and strong trade partner collaboration.
As Superintendent - Special Projects/TI, you'll oversee and lead projects from startup to closeout with a focus on five core areas:
