Position Overview
A growing employer-sponsored outpatient healthcare program is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team as a PRN/Float Provider. This position provides coverage across multiple clinic locations throughout Indiana including Columbus Anderson West Lafayette Hammond and Fort Wayne.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider who enjoys practicing independently in a patient-focused primary care environment while supporting preventive health wellness and occupational healthcare addition to hourly compensation mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between assigned clinic locations.
