Leads Sutter Health Plan's (SHP) new commercial sales engine across the large group and small group employer segments in assigned territory. Accountable for new membership growth, request for proposal (RFP) win rate, pipeline health, and broker channel productivity, and directly manages the SHP account executive team. Serves as a player-coachpersonally engaging with priority brokers, consultants, and prospective employer clients while building the discipline, tools, and forecasting rigor needed to scale a competitive provider-sponsored plan. Partners closely with product, underwriting, account management, marketing, and network teams to translate Sutter's integrated delivery value proposition into measurable sales results.

Pay Range is $129,188.80 to $193,772.80 / annual salary
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
