The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring for a current remote Benefits Enrollment Representative opening.
In this role you will meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information about available life insurance and supplemental benefit programs. You will help clients understand their options answer questions and complete the enrollment process.
This position is fully remote and client appointments are conducted by phone and Zoom.
Previous experience in customer service sales benefits insurance healthcare education or account management may be helpful but is not required.
An active life insurance license is preferred but not required to apply. Selected candidates who are not currently licensed must complete the applicable state licensing requirements before conducting insurance business.
