Beamline Welding Robot Rework Technician programs troubleshoots and operates automated welding systems. They specialize in repairing modifying or reworking defective welds produced by robotic cells to ensure they meet quality structural and blueprint specifications.
This position sets up programs runs and maintains automated welding robots focusing on loading/unloading beams reading blueprints monitoring weld quality with gauges performing basic maintenance troubleshooting errors and ensuring safety to produce consistent high-quality beam components on the welding robotic cell requiring basic MIG/TIG skills and strong attention to detail.
