Iowa Health Care Department of Guest Services is seeking a 80% Clerk III. Hours to be scheduled between 6:00 AM - 8:15PM Monday-Friday 7:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. Weekends and rotating holidays. Additional hours as needed.
Under general supervision and demonstrating exceptional customer service welcomes and greets patients and guests to UI Health Care at one of several Information Desks. Provides directions and information on hospital services and amenities on the telephone and in person in compliance with hospital policies. Conducts same as cash transactions and implements service recovery as necessary.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilizing excellent communication skills provide information directions and assistance for patients and guests on the telephone and in
person.
