The AdventHealth Transplant Institute in Orlando, Florida, is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible, ASTS fellowship-trained Multi-Organ Abdominal Transplant Surgeon to join its established and expanding transplant program. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of post-fellowship clinical experience, strong technical proficiency in multi-organ transplantation, and a commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and programmatic growth.

The surgical team includes five transplant surgeons supported by a fully integrated multidisciplinary team of transplant nephrologists, hepatologists, intensivists, oncologists, pathologists, and advanced practice providers. The program maintains a strong referral base and continues to demonstrate sustained growth across all organ systems.
Practice Description
This is an employment opportunity that includes the benefits of call coverage and competitive compensation. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
