Specializing in highly customized aircraft, Comlux transforms aircraft into personalized flying environments that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, precision engineering, and uncompromising safety.

Role Description

The Completions Coordinator serves as the dedicated logistical and administrative support resource for the assigned aircraft completion team, reporting directly to the respective Completions Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating the timely flow of materials, parts, tooling, documentation, and information necessary to support aircraft completion activities and maintain schedule adherence.

Acting as the central point of coordination between Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Operations Support, and the Completions team, the Completions Coordinator proactively identifies and resolves logistical constraints that may impact aircraft schedules. This position allows Completions Managers to remain focused on execution, quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery objectives by assuming responsibility for daily coordination activities, administrative support, and project tracking functions.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Completions team, Production, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Operations Support, and Quality departments regarding aircraft-specific coordination requirements.

Monitor critical material shortages, backorders, engineering releases, and open action items, escalating issues that may impact aircraft schedules.

Track and communicate the status of critical parts, materials, engineering changes, and customer-driven modifications.

Attend production, planning, and aircraft status meetings and provide updates regarding outstanding material, logistical, and support requirements.

Maintain aircraft action item logs and ensure assigned tasks are tracked through completion.

Support aircraft milestone planning and execution by coordinating required resources and ensuring readiness for upcoming work packages.

Assist Completions Managers with daily administrative activities including scheduling support, report preparation, meeting coordination, and documentation management.

Maintain aircraft-specific project tracking reports, Gemba boards, dashboards, and status presentations utilizing Microsoft Office applications and company systems.

Assist with workforce time administration activities as directed by management.

Ensure all coordination activities are performed in accordance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Materials and Supply Chain teams to prioritize aircraft-critical shortages and expedite deliveries when necessary.

Support aircraft protection initiatives by ensuring materials, equipment, and support activities do not compromise customer assets or aircraft condition.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actions to improve communication, material flow, and schedule execution.

Maintain accurate records of coordination activities, aircraft status updates, and outstanding issues.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
