We currently have eight active client accounts scheduled for enrollment and ERB has also secured a new Public Safety account with over 10,000 employees, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away. This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support. Why This Opportunity Matters Eight confirmed accounts scheduled next month Assigned enrollments— not cold leads Onsite and virtual employee meetings Strong infrastructure and enrollment support teams Immediate production opportunities for licensed agents How You Get Paid Receive a stipend every two weeks while running enrollment meetings for immediate cash flow from day one. Earn commissions from the employees you enroll. Commissions are paid after policies are confirmed by the carrier. When commissions are released, the remaining balance is paid based on production. Key Responsibilities Conduct group presentations and one-on-one benefit consultations (in-person and virtual). Educate employees on benefit options including Life, Accident, Disability, and supplemental products. Guide employees through the enrollment process using client systems and Employee Navigator. Clearly explain coverage options, eligibility, and policy details. Maintain accurate and complete records within the CRM system. Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates. Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues. Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations. Qualifications Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred). Minimum one year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Core Competencies Client-focused and service-oriented mindset.
