This position is for a Lead Product Owner within the Treasury Payments data team. The role involves supporting technical delivery and Agile execution within the banking domain, with a focus on data technology solutions and requirements design. The individual will manage the program backlog, identify customer needs, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications (Must have)
Candidates must have over 5 years of domain expertise in Treasury Products, including DDA, Client Liquidity, Payments, Receivables, Billing, and Trade Finance. Strong experience supporting technical delivery in an Agile methodology, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), is required.
Technical Skills
Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, and developing technical/system flows. Must be comfortable reviewing technical designs and have a deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and applications.
