The Environmental Division Director is responsible for integrating environmental services across engineering disciplines, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality, compliant, and innovative solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across aviation, civil, structural, transportation, and other engineering teams to deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in environmental consulting within an engineering environment
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Experience with resiliency projects a plus
