Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the company by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking events and social media.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate and detailed information about properties.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
