The Role
We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across 4–5 Leon’s locations.
This is a hands-on, multi-unit role. You’ll be responsible for how our stores run day-to-day service, staffing, systems, and overall experience.
You’ll be in stores, setting the tone, building strong teams, and making sure every location runs clean, fast, and consistent. You’ll work directly with the founders as we grow.
