Location : Agoura Hills, CA | Hybrid schedule (MonThurs on-site, Fri remote)

At Cydcor, we're passionate about building strong partnerships that fuel business growth. As a Vendor Onboarding & Compliance Specialist, you'll be the key link between our internal teams and new vendors, ensuring every partnership starts smoothly and compliantly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. You'll streamline onboarding, manage compliance documentation, and support both vendors and internal teams in building successful, scalable relationships.

Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams (legal, procurement, finance, compliance, operations)

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation (W-9s, NDAs, insurance certificates, etc.) and system setup

Ensure vendors are fully onboarded with portal access, tools, and expectations

Maintain accurate vendor records, agreements, and compliance status

Monitor risk protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Identify and remove onboarding bottlenecks; recommend process improvements

Support internal teams by providing training and resources on onboarding procedures

Track onboarding KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership

2+ years of experience in vendor management, compliance, or operations coordination

Strong organizational and documentation management skills

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools

Experience leading without direct authority

Skilled at handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and vendor communication

Collaborative, process-driven role with exposure across legal, finance, compliance, and operations
