Watts & Associates is working discreetly with a highly regarded Am Law 100 national law firm seeking a 4th to 6th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. This role sits within a busy commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice handling sophisticated defense matters for a diverse client base. The work includes complex disputes in state and federal courts, with meaningful exposure to consumer class action litigation and mass arbitration matters. The firm offers a well established national platform with a collaborative, team oriented litigation culture. Associates are trusted with substantive responsibility while working closely with experienced litigators on commercially important client matters. The position is expected to be in office five days per week. The Opportunity You will support complex commercial disputes from early case assessment through resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for depositions and hearings, and contributing to case strategy. The role offers exposure to trial level litigation, appellate support, consumer class actions and mass arbitration programs.
