Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board (H-NNCSB) is seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in residential and community-based programs throughout Hampton and Newport News.

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide person-centered care and daily support that helps individuals live as independently as possible while maintaining their health, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
Residential Services Support adults living in group homes, waiver homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), providing 24-hour care and supervision while encouraging independence and community involvement.
Creative Options Program Provide community-based support that focuses on life skills development, community inclusion, employment readiness, relationship building, and increasing independence.
