Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Vendor Ops Management Specialist is responsible for supporting vendor management activities to achieve goals and objectives for an enterprise function.

How you will make an impact:

• Assists in the day-to-day execution of vendor agreements to ensure compliance and monitor quality.
• Reconciles vendor invoices.
• Provides support to vendor management team.
• Assists with vendor management projects.
• May have exposure to contract management, performance monitoring, and negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related experience in vendor/contract management, operations, and/or projects; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Dental, Vision and Transportation Vendor experience is preferred.
