What you’ll do:Drive store results through the organization of the stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floorUtilize Company processes and procedures to effectively maintain merchandising and presentation standards utilizing reactionary merchandisingProvide training in partnership with the management team on stockroom organization and replenishmentMaintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and provide assistance with our great product styles, features and benefitsFoster a positive environment for employees and customersRecognize and reward exceptional performance and redirect employees when neededContribute to and support the team on delivering customer service consistently by engaging talent, encouraging positive customer interactions, and driving customer engagement via loyalty and omnichannel programsSupports store team with Asset Protection and safety awareness within the store and stockroomQualities we’d love in a candidate:A positive and solutions-oriented mindsetEffective and professional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skillsThe ability to manage multiple tasks at onceA variety of skills and experiencesYou can:Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pullingStand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladderProvide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, with a minimum of two closing shifts a weekCarter’s for all:Carter's is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
