Job Title
Vos missions en quelques mots
Sous l'autorit du chef de section, vous assurerez un appui l'activit de conseil RH employeur, oprerez les actions de vrification et de contrle de cohrence pour l'ensemble des processus de gestion de carrire (campagnes d'avancements, notation-valuation, primes, rcompenses, dcorations, discipline) du personnel civil relevant de la direction. Vous participerez aux tudes et analyses sur ces thmatiques destines la hirarchie. Vous serez garant de la bonne mise jour, au fil de l'eau, des tableaux de bord permettant un pilotage efficace des campagnes collectives. Vous participerez la mise en place puis au dveloppement de la mission de conseil des agents pour la construction de leur parcours de carrire et dveloppement des talents. Vous assurerez galement les fonctions de conseiller pensions (conseil et aide la constitution des dossiers).Vous serez, pour la plupart de vos missions, en relation directe et frquente avec les correspondants des diffrents services et sous-directions de la DRH-MD.
Profile Sought
Titulaire d'un diplme en ressources humaines, en droit ou d'acquis professionnel quivalent, vous justifiez d'une exprience d'au moins 5 ans dans les ressources humaines et tes motiv(e) pour travailler en quipe et optimiser les missions RH, qui vous sont confies.Vos comptences professionnelles vous permettent de matriser les rgles statutaires, de gestion et d'administration. de chancellerie et de correspondances administratives. Vous devrez preuve d'une bonne adaptation aux applications mtiers et logiciels bureautiques.Enfin, vous avez un bon esprit d'initiative, vous tes autonome, rigoureux dans toutes les missions confies et faites preuve trs bonnes qualits relationnelles et de travail en quipe.
