To support the Military OneSource contact center, the full-time Texas Licensed Triage Consultant will assess participant needs, determine eligibility for services, and facilitate referrals to appropriate resources while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide participant intake, needs assessment, and referral services in accordance with established triage protocols Document participant interactions and case information accurately in the designated system of record Assist participants in accessing services through TRICARE, Military Treatment Facilities, and community-based resources Required qualifications Master's degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health-related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling Ability to pass a DoD Tier 1 suitability investigation within 30 days of hire Knowledge and understanding of military life and the unique needs of service members and their families Familiarity with contact center operations, including call handling and documentation Strong customer service and communication skills appropriate for a contact center environment
