Job Title Patient Services Manager – Acute Care setting in Atlanta, GA Responsibilities Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services based on medical direction and patient population Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members Ensures compliance with dietary restrictions for special or modified diets within the guidelines of diet orders Ensures patient services staff contribute to achieving patient satisfaction goals Maintains compliance with regulatory standards (federal, state, and accrediting bodies) while protecting confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights Participates in or leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs Qualifications Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or related field, or bachelor’s degree in food service technology/management or related field Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian preferred Minimum of one year of experience in food service management, preferably in an acute care setting ServSafe certification desirable Proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic medical record systems, and diet office systems Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance/AD Disability Insurance Retirement Plan Flexible Time Off Paid Parental Leave Holiday Time Off (varies by site/state) Personal Leave Associate Shopping Program Health and Wellness Programs Discount Marketplace Identity Theft Protection Pet Insurance Commuter Benefits Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) #J-18808-Ljbffr
