Responsibilities:
As a Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you'll provide safe and accurate medication administration while building meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.
What You'll Do:
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and State regulations.
- Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
- Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.
- Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.
- Promote resident independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
What We Offer:
- Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
- Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
- Flexible Hours: Part-Time: 12 32 hours per week, Full-Time: 32 40 hours per week
Position Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) License is required.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Reliable transportation is required.
