Controller Position

We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee comprehensive accounting functions and ensure operational efficiency within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in independent settings and excels in managing financial and operational processes from start to finish. Located in Greely, Colorado, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic team. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of financial accounting, preparing accurate financial reports and budgets, processing full-cycle payroll, and overseeing inventory accounting. The ideal candidate will also handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensure compliance with HR policies, and implement process improvements.

Requirements include a minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management, and strong ability to work independently. Proven experience in process improvement, familiarity with inventory accounting, and solid knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions are essential. Understanding of HR compliance and procedures, including onboarding and offboarding, is also required.
