Accountant Position

Key Responsibilities :

• Accurately process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare, enter, and review general ledger entries in compliance with accounting standards.
• Complete routine bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Perform journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Leverage QuickBooks Online for automated uploads and ongoing financial management.
• Collaborate with merchant banking operations to optimize financial processes.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain organizational financial health.
• Generate and analyze financial reports using Microsoft Excel for key decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with established accounting policies and procedures, consistently meeting deadlines.
