The Bookkeeper is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the club, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), payroll, and member statements. This role is a key part of the club's administrative team, working closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping. The Bookkeeper also serves as the primary point of contact for the club's external CPA firm, providing them with the necessary information for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
