Job description

Role: Account Executive

Location: Tampa, FL

Full-Time/Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new and upsell revenue by prospecting and closing small to mid-sized financial firms.
  • Self-source at least 3 new opportunities per month and promptly follow up on MQLs.
  • Conduct outbound sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings using Salesforce.
  • Lead discovery calls, deliver solution presentations, and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Build strong client relationships, conduct QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (financial services or marketing preferred).
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
