To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time, remote Extended Hours Client Representative will utilize their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to provide assistance through phone and chat channels, addressing client needs and fostering trust in their investment journey. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of clients, resolving complex situations and delivering tailored solutions Educate clients on product and service offerings to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs Maintain current knowledge of funds, services, and market factors affecting products while participating in special projects as assigned Required qualifications Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Commitment to exceptional client service Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred) Learning agility to navigate evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
